Chicago’s Mandy Modic, David Moreland, and a talented cast are set to shine in Music Theater Works’ production of Legally Blonde: The Musical at the North Theatre in Skokie. The performance, directed by Mandy Modic and choreographed by Mollyanne Nunn, is a stage adaptation of the cult classic film about Elle Woods and her journey to Harvard Law School. David Moreland plays Emmett Forrest, a dim-witted but lovable Harvard law student, while Khaki Pixley takes on the role of Paulette, the eccentric and lovable salon owner. Margaret and Pilar, Elle’s mischievous sorority sisters, are brought to life by Sabrina Bowen and Selena Robinson.

This comedic and heartwarming production follows Elle’s path as she pursues her Master’s degree at Harvard Law School, proving that intelligence and determination can conquer all.
